Immuno Cytochemistry

Immunocytochemistry is a laboratory technique used to visualize proteins and other molecules inside a cell. It combines the principles of antibody-antigen recognition with the use of light-sensitive dyes, or fluorophores, to produce a labeled image of a cell. Key applications include the identification of cancer cells, the study of cell structure or organelles, and the visualization of gene expression.
