Thank you for choosing Open Access Pub. The following guidelines will help you prepare and submit your manuscript. Papers may originate from any country but must be written in standard English.

Types of Publications

Open Access Pub supports the online publication of original research papers, review articles, letters, editorials, literature reviews, case reports, short communications, and conference proceedings.

ManuscriptZone is our advanced manuscript tracking system, designed for user-friendly submission and real-time progress tracking. Submit your manuscript at oap.manuscriptzone.net or send an email attachment to [email protected]. A manuscript acknowledgment number will be emailed to the corresponding author within 72 hours.

First-Time Registration

New users must register before submitting. You will receive a confirmation email; use those credentials to log in as an author. Once registered, you can submit manuscripts and track their progress through the same system. Please retain your registration confirmation email for future reference.

Returning Authors

Use your existing account for new submissions. If you cannot remember your password, use the “Forgot Password” feature. For account issues, contact [email protected].

General Information

Before You Submit

The study should present the results of original scientific research and must not have been published elsewhere. If an abstract has already been published, this must be disclosed in the cover letter. If other manuscripts have been published from the same project, this information must also be included.

  1. Detailed descriptions and high technical standards of experiments, statistics, and analyses are required.
  2. Conclusions must be presented clearly and supported by the data.
  3. From submission to publication, the manuscript may not be submitted elsewhere without official withdrawal permission. Withdrawal after first decision incurs a fee of USD 150.
  4. Authors may publish abstracts in conference proceedings but should not distribute copies of unpublished manuscripts, tables, or figures.
  5. Plagiarism is screened using iThenticate. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism face rejection and consequences per COPE guidelines.

Manuscript Structure

Organising Your Manuscript

Each manuscript should follow the structure below. For journal-specific formatting requirements, refer to the Instructions for Authors section of the relevant journal.

Title

Maximum 30 words. No abbreviations. Must be relevant to the manuscript content.

Contact Information

Full name, address, phone, email, fax, discipline, and affiliations for all authors. Clearly identify the corresponding author. First author listed first.

Author Names & Affiliations

Our standard is single-blind peer review. Authors opting for double-blind review should omit names and affiliations from the manuscript and include them only in the cover letter.

Running Title

Maximum 60 characters including spaces. Appears at the top of each printed page.

Keywords

5–12 keywords, separated by commas. Appropriate keywords improve discoverability in indexing databases.

Abstract

Maximum 250 words including citations. Provide a concise summary of objectives, methodology, key results, and major conclusions.

Introduction

Maximum 500 words including citations. Indicate objectives, provide background, and state the hypotheses tested.

Experimental Procedure / Materials & Methods

Sufficient detail for a qualified reader to replicate the work. Cite previously published procedures by reference. The gender of subjects should be stated. List all companies from which materials were obtained.

Results

Present findings clearly and concisely. Include only results essential to the study. Analyse numerical data using appropriate statistical tests.

Discussion

Maximum 1,500 words including citations. Include principal findings, validity of observations, comparison with published work, significance, and limitations. Speculations may be included.

Conclusion

A precise summary of results and, where relevant, an assessment of the prospects for application. Begin with a clear statement of principal findings.

Acknowledgements

Identify all funding sources. May also note intellectual or technical assistance that does not warrant authorship. Individuals should be informed before publication. Promotional statements are not permitted.

Conflict of Interest

Disclose in the cover letter any associations representing a potential conflict of interest, including consultancy, financial interests, or intellectual property considerations.

References

Cited by number (not author/date), numbered consecutively in order of appearance. List the first 3 authors, then “et al.” for additional authors. Authors are responsible for reference accuracy.

Tables & Figures

Place at the end of the manuscript, each on a separate page. Provide titles and legends. Figures must be high-resolution and properly sized. Numbers, letters, and symbols should be no smaller than 2 mm after reduction.

Supplemental Data

Manuscripts must be complete and stand-alone. Supplemental data will be reviewed alongside the manuscript and must substantially contribute to it. Supplemental data submitted after acceptance will not be published.


Ethics & Copyright

Research Ethics

Human Subjects: Obtain informed consent from all participants after full disclosure of potential outcomes. Maintain privacy and confidentiality. Do not influence participants through excessive rewards.

Animal Subjects: Laboratory animals must be treated in accordance with applicable regulations. Document all precautionary measures. Scientific fraud and misconduct will result in serious consequences.

Charges for Authors

Open Access Pub depends on author publication charges to maintain subscription-free journals. We charge only the appropriate amount to cover editorial, peer review, and production costs.

There are no submission charges. Fees are levied only for accepted manuscripts. For specific APC amounts, please refer to the APC page of the relevant journal.
