Biography
Nguyen Toan is an Associate Professor at Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan, where he also completed his education. His research focuses on microfabrication technologies and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), with significant contributions to silicon resonators, capacitive micromachined devices, and advanced etching processes including neutral beam etching technology. He has authored over 28 indexed publications, with his most-cited work being "Synthesis and Evaluation of Thick Films of Electrochemically Deposited Bi2Te3 and Sb2Te3 Thermoelectric Materials" (2017), which has received 57 citations.
