Biography
We aim to search for the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying brain ageing and related neurodegeneration. In particular we are interested in the roles of astrocyte dysfunction as well as the interactions of multiple risk factors, such as oxidative stress, sex hormone deficiency and hypercholesterolemia in the pathogenesis and progress of Alzheimer's disease.
