Amino Acids Essential

for human nutrition Amino acids are organic compounds composed of carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen. They are essential for the proper functioning of the human body, as they are the building blocks of proteins and play an important role in many metabolic processes. In addition, they are involved in various physiological functions, including hormone production, energy production, muscle growth, and the removal of toxins from the body. They are required for growth, development, and good health, and are therefore essential to human nutrition. Different amino acids are obtained through diet, and some are considered “essential”, which means the body cannot synthesize them and they must be acquired through the diet. A diet lacking in essential amino acids can lead to deficiencies that affect growth, development, and even immunity.
