Low-Income Country Waivers
Authors from World Bank-classified low-income countries are eligible for full APC waivers. Partial waivers are available for lower-middle income countries.
Hardship Waivers
Individual authors facing financial hardship may request discretionary waivers. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis during submission.
No Hidden Fees
The APC is a one-time charge. There are no submission fees, page charges, color figure fees, or supplementary material charges. What you see is what you pay.
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:
- Credit/Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express via secure payment gateway
- Bank Transfer: Wire transfer details provided upon acceptance
- Institutional Invoice: We can invoice your institution directly
- Grant Funding: We provide documentation for grant reimbursement
Payment is due within 30 days of acceptance notification. We understand that institutional payment processing can take time and will work with you to accommodate reasonable delays.
If your manuscript is rejected at any stage of the review process, no charges apply. APC refunds are available if you withdraw your manuscript before publication. Once published, the APC is non-refundable as the services have been rendered.
