Biography
Dr. Rebecca Robillard is a researcher at the University of Ottawa's Institute of Mental Health Research at the Royal, Canada. Her research investigates sleep and circadian disturbances in patients with psychiatric disorders, as well as novel circadian-based interventions for early-onset depression. With over 23 indexed publications, her most-cited work, "The Effects of the Health System Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic on Chronic Disease Management: A Narrative Review" (2021), has received 241 citations. Her contributions advance understanding of the intersection between circadian rhythms, sleep physiology, and mental health outcomes.
